1. Hotel reservations can be made on-line free from any charges or booking fee throug the provided contact details with certain conditions to be observed. 

 

2. Prospective guest must inform through TEXT or SMS the receptions' mobile numbers 0932-222-5937 or 0917-777-2046 or simply call landline number 053-561-0258 for FINAL CONFIRMATION a day prior to your check-in date and time. Failure to confirm means waiving your hotel reservation thereafter.

 

2. Hotel reservations will be held until 6:00PM of the eve of arrival unless guaranteed by an advance deposit.  Late check-out till 6:00PM is based on room availability and subject to half-rate and full rate thereafter.

 

3. Guests are to present their valid ID card or passport immediately upon arrival.

 

4. Guest are obliged to observe and abide by the House Rules indicated in the Registration Form.  In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel management has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
